These Terms govern your use of the MaliceTV app and this website (malicetv.com), operated by HaagLabs (haagonthis), an individual developer in the United States ("we", "us"). By installing the app or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
MaliceTV is a neutral media-hub application for Android TV, phones and tablets. It ships with no film or TV catalog and no media sources. Aside from our own original games and music, all content comes from services, add-ons, source lists, keys and devices that you choose to connect. MaliceTV is a tool; it does not host, provide, curate or endorse any third-party content.
We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, third-party content or services you choose to connect.
MaliceTV Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features. It is sold and processed by Google Play and is subject to Google Play's terms as well as these Terms. Refunds are handled through Google Play — see our Refund Policy.
The MaliceTV name, logos, app, website, and our original games and music are owned by us and protected by law. You may use them only as part of normal, intended use of the app and site. Third party names and trademarks (for example TMDB, Kick) belong to their respective owners.
Don't attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure. The bug-report form is for genuine reports; don't submit unlawful or abusive content.
MaliceTV and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app or site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party service you connect will work or be lawful in your location.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party content or services you connect. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived.
You may stop using MaliceTV at any time by uninstalling it. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the app or site at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes protections you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with a date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
