Refund Policy

MaliceTV and the MaliceTV Pro unlock are sold through Google Play. Because Google is the merchant of record, refunds are handled under Google Play's refund process, not by us directly.

How to request a refund

Open the Google Play Store app or visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
Find your MaliceTV purchase in your order history.
Select it and choose Request a refund / Report a problem, and follow the prompts.

Google typically allows self-service refunds within 48 hours of purchase; after that, requests are reviewed by Google. Timeframes and eligibility are set by Google Play, and their decision applies to the purchase.

Trying before you buy

MaliceTV is free to download and the core app is usable without paying. Pro is an optional one-time unlock. We encourage you to use the free features first to decide whether Pro is right for you.

Our own content and games

The original games and music included with the app are provided as part of the app at no separate charge and are not sold individually.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country or state. Where such law gives you stronger rights than Google Play's process, those rights still apply.
